The customer uses a suction machine to transport materials, but the material generates a large amount of friction in the conveying process, so it results in a large amount of powder buildup. Additionally, the elbow pipe is easy to wear and cannot cool the material properly. After the customer switched to our spiral vertical vibrating conveyer, the transmission window is wider, and can be combined with the hopper return pipe to mix materials. Because of the spiral structure, the material stays longer and the cooling effect is better.
