Operational Principle
The feed section of multifunction vibrating sieves and screen equipment is equipped with a washboard, which uses the high strength back and forth swing to achieve the grinding process of the grain burrs to achieve a round appearance.
It also has a fluidized bed and a hot fan. The material in the fluidized bed is continuously rolling and fluidized, and the surface moisture and powder of the material particles are removed under the shear action of high-speed hot gas flow, and the electrostatic adsorption phenomenon of powder is effectively eliminated by ion neutralization and static electricity.
Finally, the water of the blanking section is used to quickly cool down the filtered material.
