Spiral Vibratory Elevator Integrated Drying System The parallel vibration conveyance drying & SSP system is used in the plastic production lines for various modified engineering equipment in order to achieve a solid phase polycondensation reaction of polymer materials, as well as improve the viscosity and performance of the products. The heat exchange area can be used to preheat and dry the plastic particles.

Industrial Vacuum Drying Machine The design of a closed inlet and outlet structure and fully enclosed heat insulation cover are added to improve the conveying of materials while simultaneously undergoing high efficiency vacuum drying. This makes the system suitable for drying and improvement of various types of plastic particles and powder.
    2. Spray Dryer The spray dryer is used to continuously dry viscous powder, liquid and solid particles. It can dry anywhere between 3000-1500kg of material per hour. The continuous cylinder vacuum dryer has an additional spraying function: liquid materials can be sprayed into the vacuum drying system under high pressure.

    2. Loss in Weight Feeder The loss in weight feeder is suitable for plastic granules, powders, calcium carbonates, talcum powders, resin membrane powders and other products. It features continuous weighing, measuring and feeding functions. It is used in chemical engineering, engineering plastics, cable, food, medicine, building materials and other fields, with a feeding range of 5-4000l /hr.
